Meet the Founder: Mark Hamawi – CEO & Head Trainer
Mark Hamawi is a highly respected coach, trainer, and entrepreneur with extensive experience in human behaviour and leadership development. Over the last four decades, he has dedicated himself to continued personal development and growth. And amongst many other achievements, he is a qualified NLP Trainer, Master Coach, Hypnosis Practitioner and CPA.
Mark has founded multiple successful consulting, coaching and training businesses, including Leader House, HypnoHut and TRAK Financial Services. Despite retiring in 2016, he chose to contribute to the wellness and leadership space, and continues to be a leader in the field of professional coaching and NLP training, having worked with thousands of individuals and teams.
Mark understands the frustration of not achieving results with clients, feeling stuck in long coaching sessions that don’t create breakthroughs, and struggling to grow a profitable coaching business. That’s why he has founded CoachSpot Academy and created a clear, proven framework that transforms both the coach and the client.
With over 30 years of experience as a leader and mentor, Mark has refined and developed tools that allow individuals to hack the neurological system—enabling them to see, hear, feel, and think excellence effortlessly. As the driving force behind CoachSpot Academy, he has helped countless individuals and businesses transform their results through the power of effective communication, mindset shifts, and behavioural change.
Through CoachSpot Academy, Mark is committed to helping coaches, therapists, consultants, leaders and HR executives to achieve excellence and success for themselves and their clients. His vision is to create a movement of high-performing coaches and leaders who not only succeed in their own businesses but also uplift communities—counteracting today’s growing levels of anxiety, uncertainty, and apathy with a strong mindset and powerful belief systems.
